At Headshot Maker, we strive to provide headshots that meet and exceed your expectations. If you find that the headshots do not meet your satisfaction, we are committed to addressing your concerns.

Much like a professional studio session, you can expect to receive several excellent headshots, although not every image may be perfect. However, if we are unable to deliver even a few satisfactory headshots, we will offer a refund, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The photos you uploaded comply with our specified guidelines.
• No headshots have been downloaded.
• You contact us within three days of receiving your headshots.

The quality of the photos you upload is a key factor in producing outstanding headshots. We provide guidance during the upload process, but it is crucial that you understand and adhere to the guidelines.

We are committed to ensuring you receive a great set of headshots, and we may attempt to create a new set for you. If the new set still does not meet your expectations, we will proceed with a refund.
